TIPS Prepare your abstract with your usual word processor, taking into account the following indications: TITLE Words of the title are used for abstract indexing. Therefore, you should avoid "meaningless" words (ex: evidence for, new insights, effects of, etc) and non-standard abbreviations (ex: GABA is standard but LH for "lateral hypertrophy" is not). Use lower case, except for standard abbreviations.
ABSTRACT LENGTH Abstract length is limited to 2000 characters. All characters and signs, including spaces must be counted. Most word processors have an option permitting such counting (statistics), but some do not take spaces into account (e.g. Microsoft Word 6).
GREEK CHARACTERS AND SYMBOLS Do not use Greek characters, spell them out (alpha, gamma, etc.).
