The Federation of European Neuroscience Societies invites journalists to attend the 5th Forum of European Neuroscience, which will meet in Vienna from 8 - 12 July 2006 to discuss the latest developments in brain research from around the world.
FENS 2006 is hosted by the Austrian Neuroscience Association and the German Neuroscience Society, and will attract over 5000 international delegates to consider advances in:
- Brain development and learning
- Stem cell therapy and spinal cord repair
- Memory, recognition, speech, hearing, sight and perception
- Depression, stress and hormones

During the Forum Press Conferences will offer journalists a rare opportunity to meet and question the world's experts in brain research and developments in treatment.
The fully-equipped Press Centre will provide press materials, background information, resources and expert opinion, and has internet access, telephones, faxes and copiers for your exclusive use.
Registered journalists at FENS 2006 can attend all specialist press events and the scientific sessions by showing their free Press Pass .
